Heraldic motif, made for a noble. 1/2" height in two ranks of chevron form flanked by curved lugs, probably commemorating the family participation against the Muslims during the crusades. Delicately made and lovely. Professionally refurbished with the gold overlay restored, on a gilt 18” neck chain for contemporary wear.
